1995 Catalina 36 MkII

This Catalina 36 is a great boat. The current owners are only the 3rd owners. The 2nd owner bought the boat in 1998 from someone very involved with the catalina company. The boat has always lived on the top of the Chesapeake bay in fresh water and shows exceptionally well for its age. It's had a high level of care over the years and has most recently been outfitted with:

- electronics

- sails

- new AC

It has been recently integrated with New instrument cluster, autopilot (with remote) and all integrated into garmin 942xs chartplotter on a completely new backbone.
